Setting Limits On Moving Lights in Titan Mobile/Simulator

Postby Tallysrfr » 04 Feb 2014, 21:17

I'm not sure if this is possible, but, if I have four moving heads on 3 ft vertical trusses in a line on the edge of my stage, one side (180 deg) is the audience and one side the stage. That is the pan area. The tilt area for the audience would be below the horizontal plane. Is there a way that,IF the pan AND tilt are in the range of the audience, THEN the intensity = 50% ? I've gotten complaints that it blinds the audience when I'm doing a shape, etc.
Thanks,
Bryan

There is no way to have position affect intensity. You can set limits on position to stop them going into the audience, program shapes so they don't go there or just ride an intensity fader manually. I do the latter frequently.

Ah. Good to know. There are at least a couple of good work-a rounds I can use there.
Thanks!
