Re: help exchanging fixture
What fixture are you exchanging from/to and is it dimmer/shutter not working at all after exchange or just not working on locate?
Re: help exchanging fixture
the fixture is terbly t160-b standard mode, before i exchange it i'm using the sharpy, i can not using the dimmer and shutter in locate and manual dimmer using the wheel, but i'm editing the fixture file, because, i;m making the preset palette for colours, but the weird part is, when i'm making a new show file and patching the same file, every thing is oke but i'm loosing all my cue

Re: help exchanging fixture
I would imagine this is just the shutter channel being closed and that the dimmer is unaffected.
The most likely reason would be that when exchanging all the 'open' shutter functions from the source fixture are changing to 'closed' shutter functions in the destination.
Normally this would happen when the source and destination function names don't match, for example some fixtures have 'open 750W' instead of just 'open'. Or if the shutter channel was just one 'strobe %' range without open or closed. However, I don't think that's the case here. There is no Terbly t160-b. Did you mean 'jt160b' or 'pt160b-r' maybe? It's important to be precise.
Try viewing a cue containing shutter and dimmer information before and after exchange (you might need to save and reload show for views to populate correctly). Just create a new cue to test this if you like. This should give you a clue as to where the problem lies.
Note that there will hopefully be a solution to exchange problems coming in a new version soon.
