Dongle not found!

I just installed V7 on a TT Pro. When I went to check I had DMX output I found that this was not working. I went to the USB Expert Console and hit refresh, I got a HUGE error message saying 'Dongle not found'. I have been updating several other boards in our shop and this is the first one I have had a problem with. Any ideas? Iain

On the Tiger Touch Pro, the UPS panel is used to secure the software. If the UPS panel is disconnected, disabled or put into boot mode you will not be able to run the software until it is reconnected.

If you are still encountering problems, please check that the UPS panel is visible in USB Expert Console and that it is shown with a green icon.

I ended up taking the desk back to 6.2 and then re-installing Ver7. All is good now. Thanks.

hello, i am a TT pro new french user ( sorry for my english..)
it's strange, i have the same problem : an huge " dongle not found" message wich appears sometimes. The ups panel sometimes appears in the usb expert list with a green icon, sometimes not. And it's with Titan 6.2. The repairs service of avolites is analysing my log files to understand what is the problem.
I thought that installing V7 would be a solution but it's not, according to what you say here.

The TT that we bought is back on my dealer. I'am waiting. The next show in my concert hall is friday 04/10. The 3 last shows played without the TT. But the TT has no problem during the 20 first days of september, we've encoded the TT during "stage musicians training" ( sorry..) without problem, just with happiness.
Now, we're afraid to use it.

Strange.

Let's wait the solution.

Hello,
The log file analysis let us know that it was a hardware problem and Avolites sent us a new ups card very quickly.
So thanks to Avolites, his repair service is very efficient.
