Titan mobile showfile

I've made a programming for the venue I work at.
Occasionaly, there is an external lightoperator with a Titan Mobile, who wants to use my showfile.
And everytime he/she can't load the file. Same software Titan 6.1

Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

As long as the software version on the console loading the show is the same or later than the one used to save the show it should work. If you send me the file I will try it: nick(dot)morris(at)avolites(dot)com
