My control wheel have no any action . Can anyone help me?

It sounds like you have the wheel acceleration set to a low value. To change it to a faster speed; whilst holding down the shift key press [2] until you have selected the acceleration you want. The current acceleration curve is displayed on the LCD screen. I would recomend you change it to "Square Med".
