Fader Mode 2 - LTP Fade is the trick.
1. record a playback for the origin
(1.a - pressing Clear here helps you recording only tilt in the next step)
2. record another playback with Tilt at the target point, different from the origin. Record by Channel would help, so that only tilt is in this playback. Set this playback to mode 2 (Edit Times).
3. Clear.
4. fire the 1st playback.
5. fade-in the 2nd playback....
