strange error in both dmx panels pearl expert

hello,

I've updated our pearl expert to 6.1 and occurred some problems with the dmx output of the table.

When my show is running for a while, the 2 dmx PCB's in the console suddenly doesn't give any dmx signal anymore.

The green led's on the dmx PCB are off and the orange one's are on, just like when I boot up the console.
The led's above the reset and boot buttons are also flickering, instead of alternately going on and off.

During this error, all the lights are going to the position as if they weren't patched .

When I pull out the usb cable of the PCB, and put it back in, the problem keeps on occurring.

The leds on the usb hub under the dmx print are all green.

The lights above the faders and buttons are still going on and off when i raise a fader or select a fixture.

The output on the lcd screen of the console says that there are still dmx values are going out.

I hope you can help me with this problem.

My instincts tell me this must be a hardware problem although it's strange it occurs on both panels. I recommend you contact service about this directly. In the meantime it might be worth checking that the panel firmware is up-to-date (Usb Console/Service/Enter Boot).

i've updated the panel drivers as said in the manual, and checked this with the titan health check.

the health check says that the panels are up to date.
