D7-330 rotary encoder issue as BPM master

Postby ArieGroen » 27 Nov 2025, 08:36

Hi Avo,

Since we have the D7-330 in our venue ( De Boerderij , Zoetermeer, NL ) I ran into this issue:
The Rotary encoders can be assigned as masters, ofcourse, but......
As a Rate master it works fine and I can adjust the rate from 0 to 100% in about one or two turns.
As a BPM master however, the response is terribly slow. It's about 2 or 3 BPM per turn.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Cheers,
Arie

Hello,
It's the same with my D7-215.
I'd like to use the rotary as BPM master, but the rotary value doesn't move.
Bug or configuration ?
Thank you, jlrms
