Trouble recording time code on cue list

Running 17.1 I want to record time code in a cue list. Song no 5 in winamp playlist. I have only the correct cue list (5) connected, but when I press go for recording the previous cuelist (4) connects and the time code is replaced in the wrong cue list. Why does this happen? I've seen it in previous versions. Am I doing something wrong? Another observation is that cue list 4 is greyed out in the connected queue lists view. And I also noticed that it runs from time code even if it's disconnected. Anyone that can help me?
