Connect akai mini to titan go problem

Hi. I have titan go 17.1 and akai mini but i cant map trigers to software. Its showing data when i move faders in cmd prompt but nothing working in program. Anybody can help to check my settings if i have all good or not and help me to fix it? I will pay of course. Thx
