HI,
I recently turned my Pearl Expert 2011 desk back on after a 7 year rest (!!); after replacing the chip's battery and completely replacing the USB HUBs (the native Avolites ones had many failures, many problems with the USB panels reported even after the panel was completely restored) it was fully operational again (Titan v.9.1). Now I find that the touch wing has a fault with the colored vertical lines; Touchscreen works fine (beep on touch and release). You would think it's a matter of; control board failure (the one inside the desk), cable failure or touch-wing board failure? Has anyone had experience with this problem?
