position palette snaps at end.....

Just something that's always bugged me a bit, not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

When busking a show I use my position palettes with manually entered times, it always seems like it snaps or jerks to the final position especially with a slow movement, say 8s it moves lovely and smooth until the very end then just jerks to the final position, not very graceful! Is it just me?
