usb eport panel not showing any panels

hai to all
my quarts consol have some license isssu if i open usb expert consol no panels showing ther ser number of consol is QTZ 04113 After opening the consol i cant find any loose conection
also i cant find the internal license key just like our tiger touch 2 have after inserting my t1 external key my consol start and getting 1 dmx out put what ill be the issu and how to rectifie this
