Import show, spots are rotating throughout

Hello, I have the following problem, maybe one of you can help me.
I have a show that is very identical to one from last year. This means I have merged all lamps from last year from the show to this year, or imported the show. Now I have the problem that everything works from my rig, but not my spots. If I only turn on the dimmer, they have a gobo rotation inside. If somebody has a solution for this, I would be very grateful. PS: the Spots are the same lamp than last year.

My first suggestion would be a personality issue. Are the spots themselves on the same (personality) settings?
