Recalling workspaces using Webapi

doesnt seem to work, it returns :
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Also, is there a way to get a json return of all the available workspaces ?

As I mentioned here, WebAPI works effectively as a separate console with no user interface. This means that functions involving workspaces will not have any effect and may not work at all.
