active license for titan pc suite

Hello everyone, I am in Tuan, I live in Vietnam, currently titan pc suite software can not be active on my computer even though I still login on avolite web, I do not understand why though I'm still normal, because I reinstalled Win so I do not active now, thanks everyone.Any comments please send to trinhtuan0708@gmail.com
