Hello Avo friends,
I have a very strange issue randomly taking place with v.17.1 that hopefully you can help me correct.
After a fresh install of Avolites Titan One ( installed v15, to v16, then to v17.1) in a new AMD base tower, the last safe show file was loaded in, all fixtures and palettes were recognized as well as all dmx settings and universes. The AVOKey was connected to the new computer usb port and all worked fine.
Now here comes the two issues that appear at random interval. The first problem is an error that blackens out the two monitors and show a text message: "LICENSING ERROR! Please ensure you have inserted an Avolites Titan dongle and all panel firmware is up-to-date in USB Expert Console." Going to USB Expert does not show any panel needing nor having pending updates or upgrades. It usually stays on for a few seconds before autoloading or granting control again to all windows/palettes. This error messages sometimes is followed by another error message separately, appearing just above the Playback View panel: " There was an error loading the show" This one at least allows you to just click the OK tile and continue. The last error, more disruptive, is : "SESSION CONNECTION FAILED. Unable to connect to the currently selected session master. Please fix the connection or select a new Master." Here Titan One as well as the computer must be rebooted, and the Avo Titan One relaunched and the show reloaded....
Has anyone else encountered these errors ?? and is so, how where they resolved ???
Your help is greatly appreciated and needed, as the latter of the errors is a true show stopper !!!
Thank you all in advance for all your help!!!!
Ps: The new computer is running Windows 11 Home Edition 24H2. AMD Ryzen 7-8700G, 64 GB DDR5 RAM, 2TB NvME SSD, and Geforce 4078 Supervideo card. 2 Monitors.

Re: Titan Mobile V17.1 random Avo Key/Master disconnect
Hello Avo Folks,
Hope everyone is doing alright, and getting ready for some festive times.
Soo, after a show-stopper freeze with the Master disconnect error, and no answers to this error, I took the following actions that seem, at the moment, to have resolved the issues listed on the original post.
Please keep in mind, these actions where possible to us, but in your particular case - if you encounter these errors that is- these actions may not be possible...
First thing: Updated the computer's Bios ( a more updated version was available) and selected all the best Bios settings
2nd thing: Refreshed Windows 11 installation. Use the option to refresh by downloading from Microsoft and not saving any of our files
3nd thing: Installed all necessary video card drivers and motherboard packages. (Asus board here)
4th thing: Installed Avolites Titan software starting with version 16, and updated the fixture library, completed by installing version 17.1 and again updating the fixture library
5th thing: Did NOT installed the Antivirus software. All installed of Avolites Titan always triggers the antivirus detection of some file identified as malware/virus.
And there you go, so far, no more errors or freezes. And yes, I simply restore the patching and palettes from a previous safe. So far so good.
So, if anyone out there finds themselves confronted by these errors, here is a way to fix them. At least the Titan Mobile version that is.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! stay safe and keep the lights shining bright!
