hi im pretty new to DMX and titan one but im using titan to put together a small show 4 x moving heads and 2 x lasers . ive managed to get some cheap movers running.
however im really struggling with 2 laserworld lasers. i have DS 900 (diode series) and a EL100G. ive found the fixtures in the libary and patched them. ive set the dip switches to what i think is correct to what the online tool shows. how ever i have no control what so ever on both lasers

Re: running laserworld lasers
From a brief look at the EL100G manual it looks like dip switch 10 should be set to the off position to enable DMX control. You could check that the red LED on the back flashes as this indicates when it is receiving DMX.
When trying to get devices working it can be helpful to plug them directly into the console (in this case the T1) without anything else and then set the DMX address to something simple like 1. Sometimes dip switches can look like they are switched when they aren't fully engaged.
In Titan it might be worth opening the DMX view to confirm that the DMX values match what is expected by the laser. Sometimes it can be helpful to patch dimmers to faders as this can make it easy to experiment with different values by adjusting faders up and down. Since you mentioned that you already have some movers running this probably won't apply but you could check that DMX Output A is assigned to Line 1 in the DMX Settings window.
