Error loading or saving

Hello. I have an issue with a titan one at a venue. When i want to save it says an error occured loadingor saving the show disk removed unexpectedly unable to save show. I reinstalled it and it is the same thing. 11.4 version

Does the show name have some unusual characters in there, e.g. a trailing space?

Best try to 'Save As' and enter a new name, e.g. only numbeers, like '1234' or so.
