Titan server don't sart

Hello (sorry for my english, I'm Belgian),

i've a problem with titan simulator.

I have tried a lot of things to solve the problem, but this one is still there.

the thing is --> when I install windows, titan just run without any problem (titan 11.3) but after 2 or 3 days, the software just don't run anymore, I don't understand why !

All the firewall rules are good to titan, i also tried to disable the firewall, disable windows defender, reinstall the software and many more.

when i check the netstat, everything is ok, there is not an other application using the tcp 808 port.

So, can someone please help me ?
