Backing up show files on tour - what is your routine?

We run a Titan Mobile on a small club tour and I am still not happy with our backup routine. Right now it is a manual copy of the show folder to two USB sticks after every get-out, which works until someone forgets. Does anyone script this, or is there a tidier way inside Titan itself? Interested in what people do when there is no reliable internet at the venue.
