Add fixture to shape does not work (buggy?)

Hello!

I made a simple circle shape to show my point. I want to add a fifth beam to a shape of 4 beams. Its recorded to a cue and when I open the shape and add fixture it does not simply work.

Down below are two videos provided. One that actually (once!!) worked and one that show its ordinary behavior. Anyone noticing that I do anything different or are just Avolites V16 buggy?
