Pearl 2004 Palette issues

If anyone can help with this - that would be AMAZING! I'm out on a tour with a Pearl 2004, and when we updated our palettes, the ones used in our cues didn't update as well. This could be a huge pain in the butt, as we've had to go through and adjust the palettes in every cue.

Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be adjusted? Any suggestions?

Are you certain the cues definitely contained references to the palettes when they were stored (Pxxx in LCD)? The only time I know of that this won't work is if the attributes are HTP.
