"The two changes are the addition of the NAME tag and a new attributes T=Red, U=Green, V=Blue, while B=Cyan, C=Magenta, D=Yellow remain unchanged.

Are this changes documented somewhere?

Is there a full updated documentation available on R20 syntax?
