Arena v18.0 Recovery Creator Setup.Failed to make drive bootable! Error -2147212243

Hello Team,
We are getting the following error message when trying to create a bootable USB stick. It reads as "Arena v18.0 Recovery Creator Setup.Failed to make drive bootable! Error -2147212243". Could you please check, help and support? We are trying to install the same for the Arena device with an i5 processor.

What size is the USB stick you are using? The maximum supported capacity is 32 GB.
