Unfortunately this indicates that you try to run ACDI on a Windows newer than Windows XP - ACDI was only supported until Windows XP days.

If you could let us know what console you want to connect to what other software then we could give you some hints of how to proceed.

My console is pear 2004. I want to connect pear 2004 with WYSIWYG R32 soft ware.

The only chance is an external DMX-Artnet-converter, like an Artistic Licnce Lynx or a Luminex Ethernet-DMX MKII (there are other brands available, too). You'd then output DMX from the console and feed this into this converter which then sends Artnet to your wysiwyg computer.

We use pearl 2004 simulation software and connect it to wysiwyg software. Both things are software works on 1 pc. Does DMX-Artnet-converter need additional support?

In that case a converter won't be of any use. Unfortunately I don't think there is any solution to this other than using windows XP. ACDI has not been supported for a long time now. Have you considered upgrading to Titan? This has the Capture visualiser built-in and also has native Art-Net that can be used for other visualiser applications.

Do you know any software that runs simulators for pear2004? . I am currently limited to pearl2004. Please help us! thank you

I think your only option is going to be the Avolites Visualiser. This is a basic simulator (wireframe) but still perfectly usable. I have successfully used it to pre-program large shows in the past.

I've used Visualier avolites. But still do not know how to set up a resource to add to Visualier. For example, I want to put the resources of the Beam 230 DMX16 channel. Can you guide me to use it or not?
