"extract" a single attribute (pearl 2004)

Postby winston » 10 Jun 2006, 23:39

Hi to all, sorry for my english first of all.
I know it is possible to record a memory with a single attribute, but i didn't find how to do it on my manual.
I tried to record a shape without dimmer and, with the same fixtures, other memories not moving but with different colors, so that i could have a movement recorded on a fader, and colors on other faders.
Unfortunately this way if i touch the colors before touching the shape i only get white when the shape starts. If i raise the shape fader alone the fixtures are move but make no light, and if i raise the colors fader later they get those colors whle they continue moving.
I would like to record strobos too with the same concept.
I hope i explained myself, i f not i will try to be clearer.
None of you can help me?

You need to make sure desk is in 'record by channel' mode. This is available in User Settings, option 2.
Only information contained in the programmer will be stored. Programmer information is denoted by a 'm' in the LCD - ie. 01mFF. [Clear] will remove all data from the programmer.
