Defining the Stage with Pearl 2004 Simulator

Postby Steve_Rey » 07 Jun 2006, 13:18

I have built a virtual stage with my avolites visualizer and secondly patched my pearl simulator. The stage consists of 14 moving head machines (Martin MAC 600 m4). When I point the lights on the stage to define the stage corners then saving the settings, the pearl comes back to the moving lights menu, it makes no calculus and if I recall the positions saved before, it points the beams to very different positions (usually moves the machines to Tilt : 0 - Pan : 0). It seems it doesn't save the corners on its cache (because after saving it doesn't compute for defining stage borders). What could it be? Simply a limitation of the simulator or probably would I have to change some settings in the personality file for MACs?

There was a very small problem with the visualiser extension file for this fixture.

It has been fixed now but I am not sure if this will solve your problems. Please download the latest visualiser personalities from the Personalities website and try it out
