Software inconsistent

Does anyone else have an issue with the Titan software being inconsistent?

I was being vague on purpose. Wasn't looking for a fix for the random issues I have, will contact Avo for a solution. Just wanted to know if anyone else has something that can be considered and inconsistent software issue or issues.
