Cant Generate Toke file for license request

Good day Ive just purchased a Titan one dongle to get familiarized with the software , however in the license activation process it asks me for a token file wich the software generates to a file , the thing is that the file doesnt seem to be written to the path to wich I choose , ive tryed to export to the desktop , directly to the C: drive and to a thumbdrive and none of them have written the token file



can you please support me with this as I would like to start using the software without limitations
