Hi,
I trie to install this program on a laptop with windows 10.
When the installing of TitanPCSuiteFisctureLibrary.exe starts, the laptop crashes.
What can be the problem?
Thanks,
Rene.

That is odd, we have tested the software in Windows 10 and not encountered any issues.
To confirm, is this when running the Avolites Titan PC Suite v9.1 Setup file? Can you explain further what you mean when you say the laptop crashes, for example does the whole machine reboot, any kind of message appear, can you still access the Start menu?

Re: Installing Avolites Titan pc Suite
Hello,
I started Avolites Titan PC Suite v9.1 setup.exe.
After a while the installing stops and you can't do anything anymore. The laptop crashes and I have to turn it off and start up again.
In the popup screen it says: Execute: C/ProgramFiles(x86)\Avolites|Install|TitanPCSuiteFixtureLibrary.exe /S. A that moment the pc crashes when 3/4 is done.

I tried again and now it stops at a different point:
.. Titan Mobile setup exit code = '1620'.
Installation Aborted. Setup was not completed successfully.

Re: Installing Avolites Titan pc Suite
For the 1620 error it would probably be best to uninstall the applications left over from the previous attempt as they may not be installed correctly. For the original crash issue can you check in the Windows Event Log to see if there are any errors or warning at the time you attempted to install?
