V9 Windrvr problem

hi, Fresh install of Titan V9 on a new touchscreen all in one PC.
i'm having trouble loading drivers, T1-DMX is there OK, but Windriver wasn't.., following the guide on here I have downloaded and installed V8 driver for WinnDrvr but it doesn't work, yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager.
Titan One Dongle just flashes Rx light, no DMX ouput.
Q. Is there a V9 driver for WinDrvr rather than the V8 one I have downloaded and using?
Q. Is there anything else to look at? I know I have a VERY early dongle with a strange serial number as confirmed by Avo tech support when having problems with it crashing previously... not used it for ages, would like to get it working rather than try and figure out how to use the Martin M-touch sat on the desk.... lol.

WinDriver is no longer used in version 9 so the only device under Avolites in Device Manager should be the TitanOne (T1-DMX). Does the TitanOne panel appear in USB Expert Console?
