Token file contains invalid information?

When I click submit on the titan licensing page, I get an a message that says 'Submission Fail' 'Token file contains invalid information'.

I'm running Titan V8. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, exporting new token files, running as administrator, no success.

Setup: Lenovo Thinkpad, 2.4 Ghz i5, 3GB RAM, 32 Bit Win7 Pro SP1, TitanOne (updated firmware), Titan PC suite V8

Please open USB Expert Console and check that the TitanOne is shown with a green USB icon and is not in boot mode. After that try exporting the token file from the software again and resubmitting it to the website and if you are still encountering issues email the token file to TitanLicensing [at] avolites.com explaining your issue.
