Titan Simulator Start Up error

I am currently having problems running Titan V8 simulator on my computer the last few days.
I have installed V8 on my windows 7 64 bit since the release but the last week i get this error but not every time i launch the program.I tried reinstalling but i keep getting the same error.I am curious because it has been working for two days in a row and today i can't run it. I haven't installed or uninstalled any program this time.I just use this computer at home for visualization with Capture.Any thoughts??

First check date and time are correct.

Otherwise it might suggest there is a problem with the motherboard or some corruption in the windows installation. Maybe have a look in windows event viewer and see if there are any system errors?
