No Activation License window - v7.2

Hi.
Trying to get tokens for a couple of Experts running 7.2. Following that YouTube tutorial video people keep linking to, but the Activation License window with the Request License button doesn't appear.
Is there any other way of getting it?

Running Titan 7.2, unable to upgrade until tomorrow at the earliest, when the guy with the login details is available...

Straight from boot, Health Check OK apart from old personality files, then "Dongle not found! Please ensure you have inserted an Avolites Titan dongle." No windows. Open USB Expert Console, no panel updates, closed it.

The new licensing system which you have seen in the YouTube video was only introduced in version 7.3. The best option would be to update to either v7.4 or v8.0 and then follow the steps shown in the video.
