Hello!
I install the latest version 7.3. of Titan Mobile software to my new notebook. At first launch HealthCheck says that I need to update USB firmware, so I did it normally. After that console became something like locked: no respond at any actions, LEDs are off, USB Expert Console doesn't show any activity when I try to move faders, press buttons and so on - and that don't change when I switched to another computer.
Also, USB Expert Console shows only one device, not two, and says that it's in a boot mode. "Exit Boot" button and console reset didn't help.
Please tell me if you know something about such problem. I have to go off for a tour in a next few days, so I'm a bit in panic =(

If you have such problem, you need to reprogram a firmware in USB Expert Console.
