Titan Simulator Will Not Activate

I haven't opened TS in a while. When I did, it said it needed to be activated. When I tried with "Internet Activation", nothing happened. It just sits there saying, "Working...." I know the Username and Password are good. Then I tried "Manual Activation" and the website says that the computer key I entered (exactly as the program listed it) is too short. I disabled my firewall completely and re-ran "Internet Activation". But when I used the Task Manager to see the Network Activity, there is none. But it's still using CPU power. I don't know what else to do.

We are currently performing some maintainence on the server, you can still use the Manual Activation option and fill in the form on the Titan PC Suite page.

I tried it again and it gave me a license key. But, when I put it in on Titan Simulator, it said "Starting Titan" again, then went back to the "Activation Required!" screen. It did the same when I installed it on my other computer last night. When I tried it the second time, it said my computer key was invalid. What should I do next?

I am trying to register my licence with avo and am getting "Computer key is too short". This happens with the internet registration and with the manual registration. How do I go about fixing this??

Which software version are you using and what is the computer key it is displaying?
