Dongle Needs Activating...

Hello. I've just replaced my SSD in my Tiger touch and it's coming up with "Dongle Not Activated" and a dongle key. Can anyone help me as I have a show in the morning which requires this console working.

I think rather than spending too much time stabbing in the dark here this really is a job for a phone call. IIRC you are in the states. If that's the case then first try Brad on one of the numbers here. If he can't help then hopefully he can contact Avo 24hr support on your behalf. Alternatively contact 24hr directly.

The activation code can be found on the front edge of the console below the All/Odd/Even button. The code is remembered once you have entered it unless, as in your case, you replace the hard drive.
