Yestarday try to load my old show (saved from titan one 6) to updated v7 on different computer.
could not do it. the show file was not found on disc or removable drive,
software did not let u manually browse to it (by design)
Any ideas?

Sounds like it's not there/not in the expected location or the Usb device isn't being recognised as a removable drive.
When trying to load from Usb does the option for Usb appear or is it just internal drive?
For the internal drive you could try searching the computer for Titan showfiles and see if it is in a different location (search for *.d4z).

Yes. Usb option shows up. The only file on the usb is show file.
For internal drive, u say manually copy and paste the show into the designated folder in order to be recognized in show browser? Now it is sitting on desktop.

Yes. It must be in the correct show file directory for internal drive. It will not look at the desktop.
For Usb v7 does use a new folder system but as far as I know it should still also pickup from the root.

The designated folger is "My Documents\Titan Show Files". If you have removed "My Documents" from your desktop, you'll find it at C:\users\[your loginname]\My Documents. As Nic has stated, v7 creates a new folder per show (in Titan Show Files) - but shows from that main folder are also read.
