2 Closed the software
3 Starter file from USB
4 Charged in a new blank USB. Extracts or something makes the table (Successful)
5 Restart the BIOS
6 Amended to USB HDD

The screenshot looks like you are running windows XP. In that case, you need an extra software to make the stick bootable.- there is a hint for this in the installer. I'll try to find the notes for you.

However, since you are already running 6.1, you could easily use the 'small' download Tiger Touch v7.0 Upgrade Installer

If your console currently has version 6.1 installed you should not need to run a full recovery and can just run the upgrade installer to go to version 7.0.

If you have the updated BIOS on your console (which should have been installed as part of the version 6.0 upgrade) you need to change the First Boot Device setting under Advanced BIOS Features to USB Device. Once the recovery stick has run, after the point where you need to press the Restart button, you will need to set First Boot Device back to Hard Disk.

Thanks for the info :D :D

I understand I must have a computer WITHOUT XP a newer software is needed.(Win Vista, Win 7, Win 8....) Even if only to download to a USB stick

Furthermore, it is enough to download the Tiger Touch v7.0 Upgrade Installer if I already have 6.1

Correct?

As Gregory and Sebastian said above if you already have 6.1 then you can just download the 7.0 installer.
You can download the installer on any operating system and just copy it to a usb stick.

RMPrep is for creating bootable usb sticks in XP if you need to make a recovery stick. Windows 7 and later can do this automatically and so don't need RMPrep.

Windows 7 and later are only required if you want to use Titan PC suite (ie. Titan One, Titan Mobile or Titan Simulator).
