Hi guys,
Just downloaded the v6 installer for Titan mobile and ran it. It appeared to install ok but now the console does not work and has no lights on it.
It is windows 7 64 bit.
If I go into device manager under `Avolites’ it has three devices
TM-DMX
TM-MB
WinDriver
In `Properties’ for these it says they are working properly.
I noticed before I installed the software, there were some windows updates.
I have reloaded NET Framework v3.5 just in case.
When you turn on the computer the console does light up briefly so there is power going to it and any lights connected say that they have DMX.

Please can you open USB Expert Console from the Start Menu. Check the text in the bottom left hand corner of the window, if it reads Acw Usb Service Not Running then go to Tools > Acw Service > Start. Once the service is connected check what is listed in the Connected Panels box: there should be 2 panels, one for the buttons and faders, the other for the DMX outputs both shown with a green icon next to them.

Had to load system image to get back to a working console.
Got a little time this week so thought I’d try again.
Got the same problem so tried what you said.
When I start usb expert console, I get;
Usb Expert Driver error, a problem with your systems driver installation has been detected.
Failed to initialise, Windriver. Error: WD_INCORRECT_VERSION
Error code 536870940.
It then asks if I want to repair this, if I say yes it says
Error opening file for writing
C:\windows\system 32\wdapi1100.dll
When usb expert opens, bottom left says
USB Driver Error.
Can you help V5 works fine and I want to upgrade to V7 but I think that I need to upgrade to V6 first.

Please try the following instructions to resolve your issue:
- Open Device Manager, by using the search box in the Start Menu or selecting it from Control Panel.
- Expand the Avolites category, right-click on WinDriver and select Properties.
- In the properties window note the Driver Version, it should be 11.0.0.0 as shown below.
- If not, click on the Update Driver... button, select Browse my computer for driver software then Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
- This will show a list of the compatible drivers that are installed, please select Version: 11.0.0.0 and click Next.



- Please uninstall the current driver by right-clicking on the device in Device Manager and selecting Uninstall.
- When prompted tick the box: Delete the driver software for this device and click OK.
- Repeat the uninstallation steps for any other devices under the Avolites category (e.g. TM-DMX, TM-MB).
- Unplug the Titan Mobile if it is connected.
- Go to Programs and Features and uninstall all Avolites software.
- Start by uninstalling Titan PC Suite 7.0 which should uninstall all Avolites Titan components.
- The complete list of software can be found here.
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest version of the Titan PC Suite software.
- Reboot the computer.
