Picture legend problem

Postby ciuf » 16 May 2013, 12:44

Hi everybody,
I am having a strange problem with a Pearl Expert Titan, It's still the black version updated to titan 6.0.
When I try to set a picture or a drawing as a legend it doesn't work.
I press the set legend button, choose my palette, I press the [picture] and...the picture editor does not open.
The strange thing is that when I do the same thing on my titan mobile ( the expert is proprety of the rental company) everything obviously goes right.
Maybe it's a bug, maybe I am making something wrong...
Can anybody help me?

BTW- On the titan mobile when i was using the titan 4 version, on my mac with parallels ( I can imagine this was the main problem) every time I tried to set a picture legend it crashed!
Now with a dedicated PC and titan 6.0 it doesn't happen anymore...

Sorry for my bad english...

Ciao

This is a known issue. If it doesn't open automatically you can get to it manually by clicking on the keyboard icon in the shell and then navigate to the scribble section. You should find that it will then work correctly.

Re. version 4 and parallels - 1) we are now on 6.1, 2) parallels is untested.

Thx for the fast reply!
I just didn't understand what you mean by "keyboard icon in the shell".
It might be just a language deficit...

Yes I know and I can imagine...just a little feedback :-)

The keyboard button is next to the clock on the external display and wing.
