AVO Pearl Expert TITAN - LCD display

Postby robertsanderslx » 27 Apr 2013, 05:52

The screen (blue background/white text) on the console is acting funky. The screen is blue, and only the top third of text is showing, but is very dim.

I don't know if the components inside are dead, or what. I locked the desk, came back 20mins later, unlocked and it went into that.

I am hoping maybe the brightness/contrast is acting up, but I forget the key sequence to get to it. I know you hold [AVO] and then press 'user settings' and form there, I can't see where to go. Anyone know the key presses to get the wheels to be BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST?

Or, is my screen dead, and now we need to replace it? We just had it upgraded to Titan after waiting for a while (apparently there was a bad batch of components so it took longer than expected).

Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions, or for the key press sequence to get the wheels.

LCD contrast and brightness settings are in the system menu.

Check all cables are seated properly on the display board. If fault persists contact service.
