Problems with updating TiMo panel

To make it possible to use DMX IN on the TiMo panel I'm now trying to update my panel.

When I press ENTER BOOT, status messages say:
22:50:35 (Titan Mobile Dmx Panel 1) Panel reported a reset for condition Soft Reset.
22:50:35 (Titan Mobil Panel 1) Panel reported a reset for condition Soft Reset.
22:50:27 (Mobile Panel 217) USBD: Transfer canceled.
22:50:16 (Mobile Panel 217) Entered Boot Mode.


Why can't I update my panel ?

It is normal for some status messages to appear when a panel is entering boot mode as it is effectively disconnecting, restarting and reconnecting as a different USB device.

If you are running the latest version of software, v6.1 with USB Expert Console 4.6, it will indicate whether a firmware update is available before entering boot mode.

As you can see in the screenshot above USB panels with updates available will be shown with a different icon on the left hand side and if you switch to the Service tab it will be shown in the Auto Update box at the top.

If there are updates available press the Update Now which should automatically put each panel in turn into boot mode, perform the update, exit boot mode and continue to the next panel until all panels have been updated.
