Clear LTP

Postby eugenumail » 04 Sep 2012, 14:07

I use a Sapphire 2000 and i would like to know if it`s possible to bring a LTP channel to 0 by pressing "clear". If it`s possible without modifying the personality file.
Thanks.

Thank you for your quick reply. I have one more question.
Why is it that i can save a memory with some fixtures that are just "located".
Everything is included in that memory:pan,tilt,dimmer,shutter,iris... I thought
"locate" does not add anything to the programmer.
Thank you very much.

My guess would be that you are recording 'by fixture'. In this mode all attributes for any fixtures that have been selected will be recorded, regardless of whether they are in the programmer or not. 'By channel' will only record values in the programmer.

Use the softkeys to toggle the mode after pressing record.

Just now i was testing in the pearl simulator if shapes can be included
in chase steps. and it worked and looked great. But the chase menu of the Sapphire does not have the shape generator function. Will there be a software update witch will make this possible?

As far as I am aware the Sapphire 2000 software is no longer in development. However, it might be worth checking you have the latest version (Build 5) and updating if not. See here for more details.
