Pearl tiger touch error message

I got problem with the pearl tiger touch. Suddenly during the show swapping from windows to my pallet page. Error It couldn't initialize control Must specify valid information for parsing in the string.

This was displayed for my color pallets and positions.

Can anyone clarify what kind problem this is.

Only way to fix it complete shutdown and reload show.

It appears something went wrong.

If possible please run Tools/Additional Programs/Log Collector and send the resulting zip file to software at avolites.com with as much detail as you can remember about the situation.
