Azure Error!!!!!!!

hi all

I seem to make a fatal mistake in the Azure Shadow, originally when I tried upgride software (Software Disk Software Disk SP1.1 to July 2003)
when I press the AVO and I try to press [B} burn and the new program and then press enter. installation process only to 36% (hit-and-key)
I tried many times but always stopped at the level of 36%.
and I try to repeat and press AVO kemuidian I press [1}
To wipe the program,
Wipe the console and the results on the LCD display shows the message (Wipe) how long I waited but no change. until finally I decided to turn off then turn back. but the internal display to give a [B DN]

what should I do to solve this problem?
