problem pearl 2010

hi i just got my pearl 2010 but i cant find in the libary the "showtec led64" with 7 chanels.. just 5, 6.
and cant find the chauvet "COLORdash"..
hope someone can help me.

There are five different Chauvet COLORdash fixtures in the library. Is it not one of those?

The 7ch fixture is called 'Led Par 18x3Watt RGB 7 DMX'.

If you don't see any of these then make sure your library is up-to-date.

thank you for the quick answer.. the chauvet problem is solvet but i still cant find the other one..
can you maybe send me a link where i can bring my libary up to date?
and i got now a bigger problem..
right now the pult dosnt work at all and it wants a prlavos.dat from me.
can you maybe help me?

As for the 'bigger problem':

you ought re-install the desk software. You may obtain it here: http://www.avolitesdownload.com/Downloads/Pearl2008.stm (registration is automatically: you'll get the download link within seconds even today). The prlavos.dat comes with the software, along with installation instructions.

However, it's strange the desk 'forgot' that file. weak battery? corrupted memory? loose cables/connectors?


As for the personality file:

- as Nic indicated, the fixture is known as 'Led Par 18x3Watt RGB 7 DMX'. Thus,you might wish to search for
-- desk type: Pearl2008/2010/Tiger
-- Manufacturer: Showtec
-- Search-String, e.g.: 18x3
The file is called SHLP183W.R20, is on disk #21 (and in the cache), will show up as SHLP183W on the desk...
