Delay / dropouts on Artnet, PEX-Titan.

I have a strange problem.
Have tried it with 4 different artnet nodes.
When controlling the fixtures (dimmable or movers) the signal does'nt go all the way.
For example, i flash a dimmer from 0 -> 255 -> 0. And the signal stops at 128 when i release the flash.
I have the Artnet on continues. Even if i set it on "changes" it does the same.

Anyone else with the same problem?
God said "Let there be light", Then i had been there and patched all the dimmers.

I use ArtNet (from Expert) to control WYSIWYG - everything has always been fine.
