Pearl won't start

2008 model..

when I turn it on, all of the attribute, blue button, and page LEDs light up, but nothing else happens. It's like the OS is frozen.

Is there a quick fix for this, or does it need to go somewhere for service?

And if it needs to go somewhere, where does one send it in Texas?

nevermind... got it.

The WipeAll jumper saved the day!
